6:33PM Meeting called to Order/ Pledge

Roll Call taken, all present except Ms. Morse, Ms. Veldhuizen (arriving at 6:48PM)

*Motion to approve minutes from previous 7/07/20 meeting

Motion: Morgan 2nd: Dickson Motion Carried 4-0-0

No Public Comments

*Motion to approve Bills for Payment: <7/16/20 General Fund $6,153.61 <7/11/20 Payroll $15,405.61 <7/13/20 Stipend $1,275.00

Motion: Dickson 2nd: Morgan Motion Carried 4-0-0

Departmental Reports:

Clerk Dillman: no report

Eng. Piggush: Spoke over phone on speaker, explaining progress/ slight changes on the multi-use path going out to Casey’s, feels confident it will progress, thinking to start next spring.

Streets & Alleys, Veldhuizen: no report

*Motion to revise the engineering agreement for the multi-use path to remove the geothermal services and add the cost for the title reports to complete the required plats of easement

Motion: Veldhuizen 2nd: Coats Motion Carried 5-0-0

Finance, Dickson: no report

Building & Grounds, Morse: absent

Ordinance & Insurance, Wiedl:

*Motion to approve Resolution R-7-20-1 waiving all impact fees (along with the School) for residential housing units for 2 years

Motion: Wiedl 2nd: Morgan Motion Carried 5-0-0

Law Enforcement, Coats: no report

Pres. Roth: passed out Qualified Immunity pamphlet to trustees

Discussion held concerning letting the soccer teams practice in designated areas, since the school was advised not to allow it, due to Covid. Discussion was held among the Trustees, and by a 3-2 vote it was decided to not allow it on Village property for the same reasons.
