*Motion to approve minutes from previous 9/08/20 meeting

Motion: Morgan 2nd: Morse Motion Carried 4-0-1 Wiedl abstaining

*Motion to approve Bills for payment: <9/14/20 General Fund $500, <9/18/20 General Fund $9,746.59, MFT $250.00, Festival Fund $500, <9/05/20 Payroll $14,122.65, <9/08/20 Stipend $1/275.00 Motion: Dickson 2nd: Morse Motion Carried 5-0-0

Departmental Reports:

Clerk Dillman: 9/220/20 petitions may be circulated for the 4/06/21 Consolidated election, filing dates are 12/14-20, 2020 at the Village Hall

Streets & Alleys, Veldhuizen: absent

Finance, Dickson:

*Motion to hire MBF & Associates, as TIF advisers at a base rate of $2750/ annually

Motion: Dickson 2nd: Morgan Motion Carried 5-0-0

Sewer & Garbage, Morgan: no report

Building & Grounds, Morse: Halloween Trick & Treat date is Oct. 31 hours 4-7PM

Covid 19 guidelines are to be used, porch lighting encouraged

Profit from gun raffle was $5,696.02, sales of $7,540, float winners list presented to Board members
