IROQUOIS COUNTY is looking for an Animal Control Officer to fill our part-time position. Duties include capture and impounding of unlicensed and/or uncontrolled dogs and cats, enforcing regulations concerning treatment of domestic dogs and cats, maintaining files and records regarding dogs and cats impounded. Competitive pay and mileage reimbursement for each call response. Requires thorough knowledge of animal behavior and skill in handling dogs and cats, computer proficiency, and excellent communications skills.
