City of Watseka Code Enforcement Committee Met July 20.

5. Bill Stanley Report
a) Total of $850.00 was collected by Midwest Fidelity last month. The City received $590.00 of that. It is taking time but the city has recouped money every month since it started
b) Working on Crime Free Rental program, all exams have been taken and have sent them in for grading. When finished Eric and Bill will begin working on a program to introduce this to the renters in the community
c) Due to the new laws passed in Illinois Bill is pushing for the patrol guys on the police side to write more citations under city ordinance
d) Properties are needing to be cleaned again, ok to send letters?
