*Motion to approve minutes from previous 10/03/22 meeting, with correction to Bills for Payment vote 4-1-0 from 5-0-0

Public Comments: Sylvia Danahey asked for clarification on timing to question a motion, or parts of the motion. Examples were given, according to Robert’s Rule of Order, questions were answered
*Motion to approve Bills for Payment: <10/14/22 General Fund $8,094.40, Fest Fund $7,077.98, TIF Fund $11,210.00, <10/01/22 Payroll $15,428.83, <10/03/22 Stipend $1,200.00

Streets & Alleys, Coats: 4R Tree service did some tree trimming, discussion on tree replacement, 300 block S. Main St. alley has been dragged

Sewer & Garbage, Danahey: Kankakee Hazard Mitigation Forms have been completed
Building & Grounds, Bruni: will contact a tuck pointer for Village Hall, Ceiling tile replacement to be done
