*Motion to approve bills for payment: <4/14/23 General Fund $23,934.06, M.F.T. $609.76, <4/01/23 Payroll $17,581.21, Stipend $2,400.00

Departmental Reports:

Clerk Dillman: expressed thanks to Mr. Coats, and Mr. Raloff for their years of service to the Village

*Motion to approve Liquor License and Coin in Slot/Tobacco License applications (Note: conditional on Love’s Truck Stop due to arrive 4/18/23)

Ordinance & Insurance, Raloff: Business licensing paperwork completed, turned over to Clerk office

*First reading Ordinance O-4-23-2 adding two Class E License

Streets & Alleys, Coats: Alleys being graded, Conversation on gas cards, referred to use bulk tank

Finance, Morgan: explained items in proposed FY24 budget, more line items discussed

Community Outreach, Wiedl: proposed a Community Garage sale day June 9-10, approved, May 6th Parks clean-up, Car wash 6/03/23 at Police Station

Building & Grounds, Bruni: 

*Motion to payout prior fringe benefit package for employees at current salary (48.47 hrs. Zizic, 149.50 hrs., Sullivan)

       Motion: Danahey       2nd: Coats      Motion Carried 6-0-0

        Note: vacation time accrued based on of their regular work week hours

 AC unit at Village Library needing replacement, getting quotes

Law Enforcement, Danahey: no report

Chief Frey: Golf cart registration beginning 5/30/23, Ordinance Enforcement begins

Pres. Hawkins: Multi Use path set to begin construction 5/30/23, Ground breaking ceremony 5/23/23

        Pactiv Open House 4/24/23, Color Run 4/30/23
