Meeting called to order at 3:30 PM by Trustee Angie Serafini
Procedural: A. Roll Call - Trustee Angie Serafini
Members present: Mayor Paul Schore, Trustee Bruce Greenlee, Trustee Rick Fischer, Trustee Jeff Keast, Trustee Jack Littrell, and Trustee Angie Serafini. Also in attendance, Treasurer Ron Riebe, Attorney Patrick Dunn, Administrator Mike Van Mill, Assistant Administrator Laurie Cyr, Finance Director Tara Latz, Police Chief Jim Phelps, Public Works Superintendent Terry Memenga, and Admin Assistant Margie Beach. Absent Trustee Randy King
2. Approval of Minutes
Action, Minutes: A. Approve Minutes from June 8, 2023
Motion by Trustee Rick Fischer, second by Trustee Jeff Keast to approve the Administration Committee minutes for June 8, 2023.

Discussion: A. Other
> The Village received an application from Casey's General Store requesting a Class P liquor license. Discussion was had among Mayor Schore and Trustees.
Administration Committee agrees to create a liquor license for Casey's General Store. Legislation will be created for an upcoming Board Meeting.

Discussion: A. Liquor License Application - Circle K
> The Village received an application from Circle K requesting a Class P liquor license. Discussion was had among Mayor Schore and Trustees.
Administration Committee agrees to create a liquor license for Circle K Gas Station. Legislation will be created for an upcoming Board Meeting.
