*Motion to approve Bills for Payment: <5/02/24 General Fund $31,946.07, M.F.T. $990.03 Fest Account $78.42, SLFRF $1,080.00, T.I.F. $1,300.00, Payroll <4/12/24 Stipend $3,000.00, < 4/13/24 $18,369.16, <$4/27/24 $18,922.83.

*Motion to approve Exhibit A: Liquor, Gaming, &Cigarette licensing for 24/25 year (presented last meeting)

Attorney, Mike Santschi: Discussion concerning recouping fees associated to zoning changes that especially will not benefit financially to the Village. Question was raised by Clerk Dillman based on recent events within the Village. It was answered that there are ways to do this, and options will be explored, and brought back to the Board.
Piggush Engineering: Tim reported concerning flooding by the Elementary Cafeteria, that they had looked at it, and seemed to be caused by asphalt paving that had been done, did not carry grade to area storm sewer, and the school is partly at fault. Engineering fees alone would cost $6300. A meeting with the School will be held to figure the situation, and financing out for the issue.
