On March 20, 2025, Kelly expressed her commitment to engaging with constituents through events like "A Conversation with Robin." She emphasized the importance of listening to the public by stating: "I heard directly from constituents at my event, 'A Conversation with Robin' — because I believe Members of Congress should actually show up and listen to The People. I’m excited to have more conversations throughout my district and beyond."

In another tweet dated March 21, 2025, she highlighted Jackie Robinson's contributions beyond sports. She criticized attempts to diminish his legacy and stated: "Jackie Robinson, beyond his legendary impact on American sports, served our country bravely during World War II. Trump can try to erase his legacy — but we will not forget Jackie, or the thousands of women, people of color, and LGBTQ+ people who served."

Later that day, Kelly addressed the significance of NOAA in weather preparedness following severe storms. She criticized actions undermining the agency's operations by saying: "After this week’s severe storm, we must not underestimate how essential the NOAA is in preparing us for inclement weather. Trump’s illegal termination of its employees puts the lives of many at risk in the face of potential disasters."
