Nancy Rabe, age 89, from Bourbonnais, IL, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Ascension Living Heritage Village in Kankakee, IL. Nancy, born on February 14, 1936, in Watseka, IL, was the wife of the late Dennis D. Rabe. She was a former employee at Kraft General Foods Coupon Center and an active member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Nancy enjoyed gardening, baking, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on April 6, 2025, at the Clancy-Gernon-Hertz Funeral Home in Kankakee, followed by additional visitation and funeral service on April 7, 2025, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Kankakee. Burial will take place at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery in Woodworth, IL. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Services entrusted to Clancy-Gernon-Hertz Funeral Home.
