Kelly McCully will take over as director of the Bourbonnais Library in May, following the approval of the board of trustees Feb. 22.
McCully is currently the library's associate director. She will replace outgoing Director Diana Dillinger who is retiring May 2.
The trustees also approved an allowance of up to $40 per trustee to attend this year's Kankakee Area Library Association banquet at the Kankakee Public Library on April 15.
