The Village of Manteno has appointed Sarah Marion as the new village event coordinator and executive director with the Manteno Chamber of Commerce.
In her new position, Marion will incorporate new and exciting events for families of Manteno to enjoy.
Marion previously worked as a coach for Manteno School District, where she coached track and cross country, as well as brought the national Girls on the Run program to the school district.
Marion graduated from NIU with a bachelor's degree in corporate communications.
