Aspiring artists are being invited to attend a creative event held monthly at Gravina 801, an Italian restaurant in Bradley, according to the Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce.
Art 801 is promoted as a fun way for art enthusiasts to learn under the tutelage of Kathi Eastman. Previous projects have allowed attendees to create their own canvas paintings and painted wine glasses.
The event is held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month at the restaurant, located at 801 W. Broadway. The cost is $15 per person, which includes paint, brushes and other project supplies, but those who register in advance can save $5.
Information about the upcoming session’s project and reservations are available by calling (815) 937-1801 or emailing 801Italian@gmail.com.
