      The school board assembles to conduct its business in public, a distinction from conducting a public meeting. Such items will be referred to the appropriate administrator or school board committee for research and consideration. A follow-up report will be made to the school board at a future meeting. The school board president shall determine the amount of time spent for audience participation. This is customarily not more than five minutes per presenter.
