1. Opened meeting at 9:00am. In attendance were Meyer, Bertrand, Chief Swinford and officers of the Manteno Police Department
2. Minutes: Approved minutes from previous meeting (Motion by Bertrand, 2nd by Meyer)
3. Conducted Orientation for Original Appointment Testing
4. Closed Session - None
5. Adjournment at 10:15am
