Village of Bradley Insurance and Finance Committee met Jan. 14.

Members Present: Chairperson Allen, Trustee Gadbois and Trustee Barber
Others Present: Mayor Adams, Trustee Balthazor, Trustee Redmond and Trustee Watson.

Public Comment –None
The meeting was called to order at 6:17 pm. A motion was made by Trustee Barber to send presented bills to the full board for approval for check runs dated December 19, 2018, January 11, 2019 and January 12, 2019. Trustee Gadbois seconded the motion. Trustee Watson had questions and checks 42077 and 41974, which were duplicate checks that were voided. He also requested a breakdown on 42010 for MG2A which will be sent by staff. After discussion, all were in favor of the motion.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 6:24 pm by Trustee Gadbois and seconded by Trustee Barber. All were in favor.
