How did Jim. Rowe spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Jim. Rowe's election campaign committee, Friends of Jim Rowe, spent $16,039 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Rowe's committee spent the most on radio ads in the quarter, with 66.7% of this total ($5,000) going to Millner Broadcasting in Bourbonnais. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Rowe's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
