How did Jim. Rowe spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Democratic Jim. Rowe's election campaign committee, Friends of Jim Rowe, spent $10,335 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Rowe's committee spent the most on golf outing expenses at golf course in the quarter, with all those payments ($7,416) going to Oak Springs Golf Course in St. Anne. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Rowe's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
