Village of Bradley Insurance & Finance Committee met April 4.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
Members Present: Chairperson Allen, Trustee Gadbois and Trustee Barber
Others Present: Mayor Adams, Trustee Balthazor, Trustee Redmond and Trustee Watson.
Absent: none
Public Comment –None
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm. Budget review was conducted on this year and the upcoming year. The general fund budget was presented and department heads read PowerPoint presentations to the board and audience, which were not made available for distribution prior to the meeting. Trustee Allen asked if the telecommunications tax was included in the budget and it was. He suggested it would be removed since new board members campaigned on eliminating it. There was general support for that among the board.
Trustee Allen had to leave at 6:25 pm.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 6:58 pm by Trustee Gadbois and seconded by Trustee Barber. All were in favor.
