When asked what higher education meant to him, Frank Koehler stated, “Higher education was essential to my chosen career path, working in local government. It provided the tools and resources necessary to effectively serve in my positions. More importantly, higher education allowed me to grow as an individual, develop self-confidence, to assume greater levels of responsibility, and to learn to work with others in pursuit of common goals.” #HigherEducationDay.
