The data shows that the six released offenders living in the Pembroke Township zip code were men. The median age of the parolees was 39. The youngest parolee was a 25-year-old man convicted of a property crime in 2016, and the oldest was a 54-year-old man convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2018.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Jason Wolford. He was convicted of a sex crime in 2008, when he was 24 years old. He is now 35.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
