The meeting was called to order by President Timothy O. Nugent. Roll call followed the Pledge of Allegiance, led by President Nugent.
Motion by Boyce, seconded by Dole to waive the reading of the minutes and approve the Regular Board Meeting minutes of December 16th, 2019 as presented by the clerk.
Motion approved: 5-0 Crockett absent

Village President’s Report: Timothy Nugent
Chief Al Swinford and the Board recognized Officer Jim Ramseyer for his 20 years of service to the Village on our police force. Officer Ramseyer was present to receive his certificate. Mayor Nugent expressed the Village’s condolences on the recent unexpected death of one of our employees, Steve Knupp. The Village will miss Steve and appreciated everything he did for our community. Steve took great pride in everything he did. Our condolences to the Knupp family
