Iroquois West Community Unit School District #10 Board of Education Building & Grounds Committee met March 16.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
I. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm in the board room of the High School in Gilman. Committee members Rodger Bennett, Anthony Miller and Clint Perzee were present, as was Superintendent Robert Bagby. Robert Bagby was recording secretary.
II. Welcome to Visitors
Bill Robinson, Karla Jean and Karen Jean were also in attendance.
III. New Business:
A. Summer Projects
The committee discussed mowing bids, summer painting, water test results, GES playground, bid opening on 3.19.20, cleaning, supplies, and locker rooms.
IV. Adjournment: Clint Perzee made a motion to adjourn at 6:33 pm; Rodger Bennett seconded it.
