Clerk Dillman: no report

Engineer Piggush: report sent updating on walking path, lights approved, on target for this spring

Streets & Alleys, Coats: Salt ordered, a couple trees to be cut down, leaf pickup begins

Finance, Morgan: no report

Sewer & Garbage, Veldhuizen: asked questions concerning the purchase of the truck, due to her absence for the meeting

Building & Grounds, Bruni: Windows at the Library delayed, due to supply shortage.

*Motion to approve cyber security protection upgrades by Advanced Computer Specialist in order to pass inspection for insurance carrier

Chief Frey: proposed the idea of a monthly get together with senior citizens for coffee, at USA Restaurant

Pres. Hawkins:

Update on LED sign, on track to be here end of the month

Discussion on best form of communication for emergency meetings

Discussion on past issues, being resurfaced as priorities now

Discussion on storm sewers and Aqua in the future

Ongoing garbage issues and resolutions. Ms. Veldhuizen wants to be involved in resolving all garbage/Republic Service issues
