Village of Bourbonnais Administration Committee met June 8.

1. Meeting Opening
Meeting called to order at 4:00 PM by Trustee Angie Serafini
Procedural: A. Roll Call - Trustee Angie Serafini
Members present: Mayor Paul Schore, Trustee Bruce Greenlee, Trustee Rick Fischer, Trustee Randy King, Trustee Jeff Keast (on the phone), and Trustee Angie Serafini, Also in attendance, Treasurer Ron Riebe, Administrator Mike Van Mill, Finance Director Tara Latz, Chief Jim Phelps, HR Manager Sue Pranskus, and Admin Assistant Margie Beach. Absent: Trustee Jack Littrell and Attorney Patrick Dunn.
2. Approval of Minutes
Action, Minutes: A. Approve Minutes from April 26, 2023
Motion by Trustee Rick Fischer, second by Trustee Bruce Greenlee to approve the Administration Committee minutes for April 26, 2023.

Discussion: A. Liquor License Application - Circle K
> Mayor Schore stated he would like to ask Circle K to reapply with the new class and issue a new check. Then Attorney Dunn will need to open a license in that class. Mayor Schore suggests getting a letter out to other gas stations with this new information. Each gas station will have to apply for a license, suggests opening just one at a time as they are received, so we do not have any open licenses until their is a request and it's approved by the Board.
Administration Committee agrees to reach out to Circle K requesting them to fill out a new application and issue a new check. We will have a meeting to review and after Board approval, create one open Class P license. Also agreed to send out letters to the other gas six stations in the Village.

Motion by Trustee Randy King, second by Trustee Rick Fischer to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body as allowed by 5 IL Comp. Stat. Ann. 120/2(c)(1) at 4:10 PM.
