The board will also review a conditional use permit request from Donna Mitchell for her new family daycare project on S. Lincoln Avenue. Mitchell will receive a decision on her request to have the property rezoned from Neighborhood Commercial to Single Family Residential.

Other items up for consideration include a request to trim the number of parking spaces from 53 to 30 spaces to accommodate a development by Millco West Station Street Kankakee LLC. There is also a request from Cornerstone Services Inc. for a permit, allowing their community residence project on Navajo Court.

The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at the Donald E. Green Public Safety Building on Oak Street in Kankakee City.
