V. Public Comment Period: There is a form online for individuals wishing to address the Board of Education on a district related matter. Forms must be completed and submitted by 5:45 p.m. the day of the meeting. Any received will be sent to Dr. Decman and the President of the Board of Education at that time. Forms are on the district website (under Board of Education/ Meeting Agendas). No discussion of Individual personnel or students is permitted during public comment. Personnel/ student concerns should first be directed to an administrator and if necessary a private session will be arranged with the Board to discuss such concerns.
