Roll Call was taken all present except Ms. Dickson, Ms. Veldhuizen
*Motion to approve minutes from previous 10/19/20 meeting

*Auditors were available to answer questions concerning the 2020 audit, no questions asked
*Motion to approve Bills for Payment: <11/12/20 General Fund $8021.22, MFT $3,816.32, TIF $604.19 <10/17/20 Payroll $14,926.23, <10/21/20 Payroll $14,425.59 <11/09/20 Stipend $1,275.00

Pres. Roth: Because of a complaint of air quality in the Village due to burning of leaves at the pit, this practice will be discontinued in the future, Yard work hired, will need to be removed by the landscaper
Ms. Dickson’s resignation effective 11/11/20 was accepted (due to moving out of the Village)
