7:00PM Meeting Called to Order

Roll Call was taken, all present   (Veldhuizen arriving 7:15PM)

President Roth appoints Valgene Raloff to fill Trustee Dickson’s term

     Voice vote taken, approved 4-0-0

 Valgene Raloff takes oath of Village Trustee from Clerk Dillman

*Motion to approve minutes from previous 11/16/20 meeting

      Motion: Morgan      2nd: Wiedl     Motion Carried 4-0-1  Raloff abstaining

No Public Comments

*Motion to approve Bills for Payment: <11/27/20 General Fund $10,526.67, TIF $1,235.00,

  <11/14/20 Payroll $15,001.56

      Motion: Morgan       2nd: Morse    Motion Carried 4-0-1 Raloff abstaining

Departmental Reports:

Clerk Dillman: reminded dates for filing petitions for April election 12/14-12/21/20

Streets & Alleys, Veldhuizen: absent

Sewer & Garbage, Raloff: no report

Building & Grounds, Morse: Christmas Day Inc. will be held, carryout’s only, reservations required

Holiday Helpers, gift trees at 4 locations in town, please return unwrapped gifts by Dec. 12th

    Also wrapping paper donations accepted as well

Ordinance & Insurance, Wiedl: discussion held over 2 proposals, costs, and coverage comparisons

*Motion to approve ICRMT for insurance renewal at annual cost of $56,796.00

      Motion: Wiedl      2nd: Coats     Motion Carried 6-0-0

Law Enforcement, Coats: no report

Chief Frey: gave a report on the “Blessing Box”, robbery suspects from Circle K robbery a year ago, are in jail.  Update on “shop with a cop” new procedures

*Motion to approve minutes from previous 8/03/20 meeting

      Motion: Morgan      2nd: Wiedl       Motion Carried 4-0-2    Raloff/ Morse abstaining

Pres Roth: December 7th meeting will be cancelled

No Executive session held
