Taxes 760x475

County of Iroquois issued the following announcement on Mar. 2.

County Treasurer, Kurt Albers, announced that mobile home privilege tax bills were mailed Tuesday, March 2, 2021.  The payment due date is Monday May 3, 2021.  Any payments that are not received or postmarked by May 3, 2021 will be charged a late fee.  As required by the Illinois statutes, a $25.00 per month late fee not to exceed $100.00 will be charged.

The Treasurer’s Office is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Both coupons should be presented when making payments in person or by mail.  Unpaid taxes will result in a lien being filed on the mobile home.

There is a drop box at the Administrative Center near the entrance of the 911 Center.  Payments can be dropped off during non-office hours. You can also pay online by visiting iroquoisil.devnetwedge.com.
