NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMENDMENT TO THE IROQUOIS COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: To comply with the Iroquois County Zoning Ordinance, a public hearing shall be held at the Clifford Bury Administrative Center, 1001 East Grant Street, Watseka, Illinois on the 27th day of April, 2021 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. to consider the application of Ludlow Cooperative Elevator Co. for a Variance to build new office closer to the road than the current setback of 80’ to 50’ from the road. First tract is located in Section 33, Douglas Township, 27N, R 10E of the Third P.M. The Permanent Identification Number is 15-33-300-005. The second tract is located in Section 4, Douglas Township, Township 26N, R 10E of the Third P.M. The Permanent Identification Number is 22-04-101-002. Both tracts are located at 1808 N 200 East Road Gilman.
